How do I book a party?back to top
You may make a booking or inquire into availability from our Contact Page. We can also discuss details with you at 859-653-4958. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to hold your party date. We accept cash or credit cards. This deposit will go towards the total cost. The balance is due at the date and time of the party
What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?back to top
If you have to postpone, we will work with you to reschedule your party. If you wish to cancel, you may do so 20 days prior to party date. The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded. You will be responsible for notifying your guests of the cancellation. If it is necessary to resend invitations, there will be a charge of $2.00 per invitation.
What if there is bad weather or illness?back to top
In case of inclement weather or illness The Royal Table reserves the right to reschedule your party. If the guest of honor becomes ill we will gladly work with you to choose an alternative date for your party (based on availability). See above for more information.
When do you need the final RSVP count?back to top
We will need your final RSVPs no later than 5 days prior to the party so we may cater and set the table for the actual number. You may email it to us or we will call you.
What is the minimum attendance?back to top
Parties may be scheduled for a maximum of ten children. All parties are charged the same price regardless of the number of attendees.
What should the children wear?back to top
The children do not get undressed. Our costumes are worn over clothes. All costumes and accessories are the property of The Royal Table and must be returned at the end of the party. Ask us about purchasing any of our costumes for an additional cost.
What should be done for a child that has food allergies?back to top
It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies and inform us of any concerns. If a guest should have any food allergies, we ask that you supply the food for your party. The amount will be deducted from your balance.
What happens if a guest arrives after the party has begun?back to top
We have a pre-determined schedule so we will have to start on-time. Any guests who arrive late can join the party already in progress.
Are parents invited to stay for the party?back to top
Parents and family are welcome to stay and enjoy the party and refreshments while they watch the children. Keeping the noise level down is important so the guests can hear and follow the directions of the party hostesses.
Can siblings of the guest stay?back to top
The package that you have paid for only includes entertainment and refreshments for the birthday child and their guests. We ask that all parties be limited to the invited guests and parents if possible.
What if we want to open gifts?back to top
Yes, you may open gifts at the party.
Is there parking?back to top
Yes, there is free public parking available to the rear of the building.

With permission, The Royal Table may use pictures from our parties for promotional purposes on our website/advertising. A photo release form must be signed by you prior to any use of a photo.
Additional Policiesback to top
Customer agrees to hold and keep harmless The Royal Table and its employees from bodily injury or damage caused by the customer's guests, or other persons attending party. Customer agrees to not hold The Royal Table responsible for inclement weather or other acts of God that may cause the cancellation of the party. Should something of this nature cause the cancellation of the party, The Royal Table shall apply any remaining monies due to another party date mutually agreeable to both parties. In the event of damage or loss of The Royal Table inventory, the financial responsibility lies entirely with the client. You, as the Client, also assume all liability and responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes or any activity taken place before, during or after the party. All Prices are subject to change without notice. Any additional gratuity is greatly appreciated with party packages.
Our goal is to provide a clean and safe atmosphere for all. We make every effort to utilize only eco-friendly products. No outside food or beverages please.
